Offering 3 beautiful spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and stunning views over the water. The 3rd bedroom is in a separate self-contained guest suite, offering ultimate privacy.

The spacious living room and kitchen area leads out to the infinity edge pool and elevated jet pool.

The terrace is complete with sun loungers, and a covered outdoor seating area for al-fresco dining, making Villa Serena the perfect retreat for entertaining as well as serious chilling!

The villa is set within the gated community of Nonsuch Bay Resort, offering access to the resort private beach and also Breeze restaurant and pool bar.

Guests can come together and enjoy the open plan living area with satellite TV, DVD and iPod docking station for entertainment. A spacious kitchen to prepare meals and gorgeous dining area for social evenings after a day on the mountain.

This chalet sits at an elevated position overlooking Chamonix, with breathtaking mountain views, just the perfect
backdrop for an evening relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying sun down drinks around the fire pit.

Chamonix town centre is less than 10 minutes walk down the hill, offering easy access to ski hire, restaurants, shops and bars.

The chalet is situated within a secure complex, offering underground parking for 2 cars and a ski locker.
